Under the control of the Ministry of Culture of Georgia and the support of the Embassy of Georgia of the Republic of Turkey, the Days of Georgian Culture were held in the capital of Turkey, Ankara.
The Days of Culture were opened with a concert by the ensemble “Erisioni”. The ensemble performed a song and dance program - “Georgian Treasure” at the Presidential Complex of the President of the Republic of Turkey, the representative of the Beştefe and the Cultural Center. Georgian coach clothes and jewelry were exhibited in the apartment.
The ensembles “Rirashi”, “Kapdagi”, “Alilo” and the ethno jazz band “Iriao” performed at the Dikmen Vadi Park Amphitheater.
The Days of Georgian Culture aroused great interest in Turkey and passed.
The Days of Culture were attended by: Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Georgia to the Republic of Turkey Archil Kalandia, Head of the Department of Development and Promotion of Culture of Georgia. Tata Svanidze and Head of the International Relations Department Zurab Bakuradze.
